Gifts Flowers Gift Baskets uses Federal Express and UPS for shipments in the continental United States. Orders must be received by 2 PM, EST for next day delivery. Please call our office for any rush orders that need to be placed after 2PM for next day delivery. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your Fed-Ex or UPS tracking number to track your package(s) on the shipping company's website. If you order a vase with your order, it will be shipped in a separate box. Both packages will arrive at the same time, as they are shipped together. In the off chance that we do not have the exact vase you select for the arrangement, we reserve the right to substitute similar vases of comparable look and value. Feel free to contact us with any changes to the arrangement or note card.
All recipients, customers placing the orders, and contact information will remain confidential. We will not disclose any information without the consent of the customer placing the order. If you are a recipient of The Ultimate Rose and call our office to confirm who sent them, we will not disclose this information.
To ensure your roses arrive in the freshest condition, please make sure all shipping addresses are correct and complete. If we are shipping to a business, please include the business name and any suite or office numbers. There is no signature requirement on the shipping label, therefore, the roses will be left at the door if no one is there to receive the package. In some cases, if the delivery driver feels it is unsafe to leave the package, they will take it back to the facility to be delivered the next day. Please keep in mind that the roses are perishable, so it is very important that the recipient receives the roses promptly.
